Absolutely no refunds or exchanges. We will accept returns within 3 business days of receiving your item only in the event there is an issue on our behalf. If there is an issue on our behalf and the lace has been cut you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. When making your purchase please understand the policy and turn around time, be sure to select your correct size and style.
